Return Policy
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can cancel your order and provide a full refund as long as it hasn't entered production. Once production begins, your order moves through automated processes and is scheduled for shipping, making cancellation difficult. We'll do our very best to accommodate your request, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellations after production starts.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Although rare, errors can occur during shipping or fulfillment. If your order is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please inform us within 14 days of receipt. Provide clear photos showing any damage or discrepancies to expedite your claim. We’ll quickly send out a replacement at no additional charge. If you prefer a refund due to receiving an incorrect item, please return it to us, and we’ll cover the shipping costs.
Note: If a delivery fails due to customer-related issues such as incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping fees.
Returns & Exchanges: Prints, Frames, and General Items
We accept returns for items within 14 days of receipt if you've changed your mind. Items must be returned in original, unmarked condition, including the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For framed items or products that have been previously exchanged, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping for your protection.
Returns & Exchanges: Lazarus Archives Merchandise
You may return Lazarus Archives merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unmarked, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We advise using a tracked postal service to ensure your return is received safely. This does not affect your statutory rights.
